I try not to make a big deal because you never know what's going on in their life, but I wish that she would only give a release date when she is absolutely positive that she will actually release it. It seems like it would be better if she would just do surprise book releases the day they come out so she won't get my hopes up and then break them after waiting months at a time. He fucked everything with a pulse, while pretending to hate her — well, at the end he said he was in love with her since he was 7 yo. Tell me more! I say cheater! View all 54 comments. I loved the comic and engaging storyline between Ethan and Rachel that recounted their past and present and had me hooked from start to finish. I enjoyed every aspect of their story, from the soundtracks that started each chapter to every letter they exchanged.
Even though the back and forth was witty and fun and the attraction sizzled, there were things that they still needed to work out in the shift from frenemies to lovers. Forget You, Ethan is a full length contemporary romance by Whitney G. It is a standalone frenemies to lovers rom-com, told from both points of view with a happily ever after, no cliffhanger. She was with a boy for two semesters without sex, and he lied to her about having cancer so she would stop sending him letters. Of course he would lie to you, you can't take a hint. And then you are ok with having sex w Too little for years of writing And then you are ok with having sex with another the moment he touched you while the people you were both with are next door, and you both have no human decency to let them know they're not needed anymore.
And don't let me start with her mother encouraging the relationship between her husband and her friend. Or Ethan's father wake up call about his son's desires and dream. Everything was too convenient! The whole book is centered on their relationships and sexual experiences, or the lack of it for her.
Yes high school boys aren't great but neither that bad she the most attractive in school can't find a boyfriend. And her not having fun while traveling was utter nonsense, people who travel are the most carefree, adventurous and romantic people you can meet, not bc they are always that way, but bc they tend to let go and have fun while traveling. Oh my god! The book was so similar to sincerely Carter; the friendship, bc they were not enemies, they were just being teenagers.
The conflict of distance relationship, the heroine is so ready to give up things for them to stay together while the hero is the rational one Many things are copied from her other books too; the emails please enough with the emails. Female lead lying to him about her date and the hero being so certain she was lying, and then laughing at her bc of it, I just read the same scene about a bad date last week in one of her books. The arrogant hero who's always right. Male lead saying mean things and then chasing her after.
The heroine never say no to him, if he kisses her she kisses him back, if he wants sex she is weak in the knees, if he wants more she is flying, like having him is the biggest deal.. And she writes the same characters every single time, yes, she writes great chemistry, her writing is engaging and her stories are highly entertaining, not this one though, but she always writes, an arrogant hero and a heroine who keeps fighting him but fails miserably when fighting is required.
Thanks Ethan, for being rational and totally forgettable! View all 34 comments. Aug 06, Natalie The Biblioholic rated it really liked it Shelves: contemporary , arc , dual-pov , , enemies-to-lovers. This story was about so much more than I expected. I knew that it would be full of good banter, angst, and sexy times. But I could in no way have predicted the scope of it all.
The banter was amazing , but what really got me going was the fake animosity between the characters. I freaking hated Rachel!! But I think that was the point She was petty, abrasive, and delusional. I thought it was funny each time she was confronted by the fact that she had no friends and I cheered when she f This story was about so much more than I expected. I thought it was funny each time she was confronted by the fact that she had no friends and I cheered when she finally admitted to lying to make herself appear 'better'.
What bothered me the most about her was how underneath all the nonsense she did, she was a good person and her life would have been ten times more satisfying if she showed THAT face to the world. I freaking loved Ethan!! Yes, he was a jerk to Rachel, but really, when you stop to think about it, everything he did was in retaliation of her foolishness. And honestly, I was ecstatic whenever he put her in her place. He went above and beyond for this girl, showed her time and time again that he had her back, and she kept throwing it back in his face. I was surprised that he even kept putting up with her ish and I loved him for it.
Be prepared for childish antics, bitter grudges, a girl refusing to grow the hell up, and a hot AF guy who just might be the key to her redemption. View all 8 comments. Except that people commenting here have brought me back so here I am. Whitney's fantards can do whatever they want.
If you want to wait til they are 80, you do you, Boo. It's a free country, after all. Just don't troll my personal GR space or you will be reported. Have a nice day! Quelle surprise. Still no word on if this fucking bk will ever drop. I seriously doubt this will appear on May 12th, as the blurb says. View all 3 comments. This book definitely had its cute moments and a great premise. I wanted it to be longer and I think it needed to be longer and if it had been I think I'd have been looking at something approaching a five star read. Unfortunately, the story felt rushed and a bit underdeveloped with a lot of happenings crammed in to a relatively short book, but lacked the intensity. On the positive side, it was an easy read and the characters were likable. In the quantum Universe, many physical properties have a fundamental, inherent uncertainty to them.
But that's not true of everything.
The quantum rules that govern the Universe are more complex than just the counterintuitive parts, like Heisenberg uncertainty. An illustration between the inherent uncertainty between position and momentum at the quantum level. There is a limit to how well you can measure these two quantities simultaneously, and uncertainty shows up in places where people often least expect it.
The Universe is made up of quanta, which are those components of reality that cannot be further divided into smaller components. The most successful model of those smallest, fundamental components that compose our reality come to us in the form of the creatively-named Standard Model. The particles of the standard model, with masses in MeV in the upper right.
The fermions make up the three leftmost columns and possess half-integer spins; the bosons populate the two columns on the right and have integer spins. While all particles have a corresponding antiparticle, only the fermions can be matter or antimatter. Even though, in the quantum Universe, many properties have an intrinsic uncertainty to them, there are some properties that we can know exactly. We call these quantum numbers , which are conserved quantities in not only individual particles, but in the Universe as a whole.
In particular, these include properties like:. The quarks, antiquarks, and gluons of the standard model have a color charge, in addition to all the other properties like mass and electric charge that other particles and antiparticles possess. All of these particles, to the best we can tell, are truly point-like, and come in three generations. At higher energies, it is possible that still additional types of particles will exist, but they would go beyond the Standard Model's description.
In addition, there are a few other properties that are conserved in the strong and electromagnetic interactions, but whose conservation can be violated by the weak interactions. These include.

Every quantum particle that exists has specific values for these quantum numbers that are allowed. The neutral Higgs field gray square breaks the electroweak symmetry and interacts with other particles to give them mass. The particles that make up matter, known as the fermions, all have antimatter counterparts: the anti-fermions. The bosons, which are responsible for the forces and interactions between the particles, are neither matter nor antimatter, but can interact with either one, as well as themselves. You can have a fermion interact with a boson and give rise to another fermion; you can have a fermion and an anti-fermion interact and give rise to a boson; you can have an anti-fermion interact with a boson and give rise to another anti-fermion.
As long as you conserve all the total quantum numbers you are required to conserve and obey the rules set forth by the Standard Model's particles and interactions, anything that is not forbidden will inevitably occur with some finite probability. It's important, before we enumerate what all the properties of the electron are, to note that this is merely the best understanding we have today of what the Universe is made of at a fundamental level.
We do not know if there is a more fundamental description; we do not know if the Standard Model will someday be superseded by a more complete theory; we do not know if there are additional quantum numbers and when they might be or might not be conserved; we do not know how to incorporate gravity into the Standard Model. Although it should always go without saying, it warrants being stated explicitly here: these properties provide the best description of the electron as we know it today.
In the future, they may turn out to be an incomplete description, or only an approximate description of what an electron or a more fundamental entity that makes up our reality truly is. This diagram displays the structure of the standard model in a way that displays the key relationships and patterns more completely, and less misleadingly, than in the more familiar image based on a 4x4 square of particles.
Spending time with him would be difficult. And fooling the world would be even harder. It was one freaking kiss with a stranger. I wasn't looking for a hero the day Brent Eden charged into my life. He saw a damsel in distress facing humiliation. We played pretend. Swore I was his. Baited sweet chaos. Blew apart everything.
My dating disaster? Our kiss?

His mistake? Oh, boy. Especially when my gossipy cousin tells the whole family. Ian is We're extremely close, stuck so deep inside a Jim-and-Pam-style friendzone everyone at work assumes we're a couple - that is until one day, word spreads through the teacher's lounge that he's single. Fair game. Suddenly, it's open season on Ian. He should be reveling in all the newfound attention, but to our mutual surprise, the only attention he seems to want is mine.
He's turning our formerly innocent nightly chats into X-rated phone calls. Our playful banter sports a new, dangerous edge. Luna Allen has done some things she would rather no one ever know about. Or the most patient. I've always hated her. She's always hated me. We've never been friends, just the best of enemies I've hated Rachel Dawson since I was seven years old. My next-door neighbor and number-one sworn enemy - she's the reason why almost all of our childhood fights ended with me setting something of hers on fire.
Or, vice versa. She snitched on me when I broke curfew. I snitched on her when she lied about having a boyfriend. We went back and forth like this throughout high school, both vowing to never talk to each other again when we went off to college. But that was until she showed up at my apartment during my senior year and asked me for a temporary place to stay.
Until living with her day after day became unbearable, and one passionate argument changed everything. Well, almost everything. I'm not sure what the hell is happening, and I can't tell if we're still "enemies" This was a funny and well narrated enemies to lovers book. Joe Arden and Erin were hilarious and had their usual chemistry. I love these two. Thank you Whitney G. It was written differently than some of the some of the usual enemies to lovers stories due to some really funny letter writing. Funny the parents knew they really liked each other. There are some sad moments but not enough to fret over Joe has his usual potty mouth that keeps you smiling.
They really kept in touch via letters but over time you found they didn't really hate each other and actually Ethan really looked out for her but you don't really know that until later in the story. Well done all around, lots of laughing out loud and a good story. When these two narrators and author get together it's a winner for me. I did laugh out loud right off the bat, and many more times after that. They both put their feet in their mouths many times, but they learn to overcome all the obstacles. The ending was nicely wrapped, with every conflict nicely resolved.
I do recommend this audiobook! I started this book on a whim and was so glad I did! It felt longer!
Forget You, Ethan: An Enemies to Lovers Romance Audiobook | Whitney G. | zopusalawyky.ga
High school history is always my favorite but these characters lived next door to each other made this one even sweeter. Their banter and chemistry was petty but cute. They acted like they hated each other but the way they looked out for each other, they were actually more best friends than enemies. Anyways, loved! Whitney G writes great shorter length novels and the narrators she chooses for her audiobooks really bring the books to life! Both Joe and Erin were absolutely fantast as usual, I can usually get thru anything either of these two read regardless of storyline quality.
But Forget you Ethan not only has great narrators but a wonderfully unique story too!! It held my attention the entire time, with just the right amount of angst and sexy times : I typically do not like YA but even tho most of the book takes place while they are in college, these characters are not immature and did not annoy me at all lol.
Joe and Erin gave life to Ethan n Rachel characters and this fantastic story. Enjoyed it more in audiobook version. Author, narrators, and story, made this a winner in all respects.
