There is a point …more I apologize for the fact that my answer to your question evidently did not get posted. There is a point where the King comes to the chamber of his future bride to speak to her but she refuses to admit him because she has retired for the night and can't be bothered to arise to admit him. He leaves her and she changes her mind only to encounter a series of mishaps until they are reunited.
I found it intriguing that a woman had won the heart of a King only to treat it so lightly.
And then there was the "what if" factor; what if she slept so deeply that he had to waken her to return his love? Enter Sleeping Beaty.

This book poses the question; what is love? And how do we inspire it in the heart of our beloved. The Prince in my story travels far and wide to seek advice from the wise women on how to woo his bride and waken her heart. The quest deepened through the exposure to classic mythology and legends, which birthed a sense of hidden identity, that we are not who we have always thought we were, but are each of us heroes and heroines destined for something great and noble.
Who are we? Where are we going? What tasks are we meant to accomplish during our time on Earth?
We are all on a journey together as we seek the answers. You may join L. Roth in that quest anytime you read one of the author's books. Roth is the pen name of a Christian author from the American Midwest. You can keep up to date with L.
